The rear sight, it's really old school and I found it in my father-in-law gun box.

The complete custom Remington rolling block rifle one of a kind, I even made the custom sling, everything was customized, down to the scope rings were custom fit. Every screw was adjusted to fit and finish, sourcing the front iron sight was especially difficult as the dovetail was a 7/16", I redesigned the furniture, the breech block, barrel, the trigger guard, parts are slick. This is not a new Remington lawyer RB1 Sportier junk, it's a true Remington rolling block hunting rifle with a large % of the characters of the custom 1800's, very small % of the custom RB1, and the rest % new customized fitting parts.

I can't wait to go hunting with it.

The front sight is backward, however, I found out that for me this works best, so who is right and wrong, I don't know.
I have put some rounds through this and it's awesome, truly awesome, a hell of an firearm. I am going to enjoy this hunting in Alaska. :D :D :D

I hope this educates others who are capable of building a Remington rolling block rifle, you really need to be able to sit down and take time to work on this firearm. It has taken me a lot of time to build this firearm, and it's not a safe queen, it's the real thing. I have a tendency to say it and not bull shit anything. :!:

Thanks for the help, or not, you be the judge. :?
