Model P 411... What's the "P"???
There were 1.316 Model 411s made between 1937 & 1939. They were made for Steel Materials Corp in Detroit, a shooting gallery manufacturer. Most were chambered for 22 CB Cap, but some were also made in 22 SHORT. They were based on the Model 41, but had a different bolt (no safety) and a shorter barrel.
More info on the M/411 can be found in Roy Marcot's & my book on Remington .22 rimfire rifles. Details are under "BOOKS" on the home page.
