Rolling Block Ramrod

Post by wlw-19958 »

Hi There,

I'm looking for a ramrod for my 1897 #5 in 7mm and I would
like to see some examples of of them. Particularly, the head
and I would also like to know the overall length of the ramrod.

Any help would greatly appreciated. Thanks in advanced.

Good Luck!

Taken from my 1901 7mm.
Total length 28 3/4 inches
I have images of the ends bur can't seem to load them. I could send them by Email if that is permitted.

Hi There,

Thanks for your response!

I ran into this problem of loading pics if they are stored
on your phone. If you move them onto your computer,
then you can load them here (at least, this was my experience).
See if this works for you.

Thanks Again for the info!

Try Kenn Womack @ www.rollingblockparts.com. He has a nice selection of R/B parts.

Hi There,

I've seen his website before and I've sent him
an email asking for pics. There is a reproduction
being sold on eBay too but it doesn't look quite
right to me but I'm not sure. That is why I was
asking for pics. I haven't examine one before
and the pics in Layman's books are not clear
enough for me to judge.

Thanks for the suggestion!

Good Luck!
