I am a new member and I have question about the 1948 Remington musem inventory. I have two long guns that were sold to my Grandfather from the collection. One is an M1899 tag#183 and the other is a Robert Pinfire double barrel shotgun manufactured in Paris, circa 1831 . Both had the brass tags removed years ago. I am trying to research the Robert pinfire and was wondering if its possible that this inventory has been either published or if it is available for research. I remember the tag# on both guns was low and I would like to find out as much history and the tag # of the Robert shotgun. Any help help would be greatly appreciated.
