scope bases for Unertl scope

I am looking for the scope mount bases or POSA blocks that Remington offered as a package to mate the Unertl style Vulture scope to a 40X action. This was offered around 1974 and is shown in several Gun Digests and Encyclopedia of Firearms as well in the Remington 700 book. The scope was in 20x or 24x with the Remington logo on it. It uses the factory holes in receiver and the front base extends past front of receiver about 1" and there was a two piece and a one piece mount made.

i have and use the one piece base with the vulture 10x unertl scope, my base is marked 722-700sa-40xsa. i have had it a long time,i got it at a gun show. when ever i sold a rifle i kept the base. eastbank.
