Does anyone know where to purchase a presentation case for my 1858 Remington?
Saw a few websites, but they were selling for over $200. Are there many places that
sell these cases?

That's in the you need to make it yourself price range, you can find nice wood jewelry/watch cases and rip the guts out, there's where I start when I make a presentation box. I found a beautiful wood watch case with a glass top I'm converting next for a pair of gold/silver engraved 5 barrel elliot's I'd like to display I'm doing next. After you find the right box everything you need can be found in a place like hobby lobby. You can make a nice "fitted" case with foam, felt, spray adhesive, and a foam cutter or an original style with wood slots and the rest, It takes time practice and patience.
