Re: Remington Model 12C ejector question

Watch ebay. Alot of times people are selling original slides for the model 12. I would try my best just to get it back to original. If your the same guy who just sent in pictures of your model 12 it looks like you bought a nice one. You will look a long time to find a 22 better than the model 12. Ta...

Re: Old Cartridge

The 38 amu is just a 38 speciel with the rim removed. Winchester and remington both made them. The amu letters came from ADVANCED ARMY MARKSMANSHIP UNIT. Smith ans Wesson made a gun for it the smith and wesson model 52. The bullet didnt really last very long.

Thats not going to hurt it shooting 6mm through it. It will just shoot differant grain bullets differantly. As o...

Re: Need info for pump action .22

Let me correct myself if your barrell stamping begins with pederson you have a early one. Your later ones will have the pederson stamping and then followed by the patent numbers.

Re: Need info for pump action .22

It sounds like you have a model 12c. Which would have 24 inch barrell and crescent butt plate and shoot shorts, longs, and long rifles without any adjustmant. With it having a pederson barrell stamping you most likely have a early model ,and should have a flat crown barrell, but thats not always the...

Has any one ever heard of Georgie Kearney? She was a remington target shooter. Can anyone give me information about her?
