I have another addition that I want to share. Model 721 transition model 30-06, barrel code D F, September 1959, ser# 424366, screw on rear sight, brass bead on front ramp. 22 inch barrel. Please add it to your list. Someone has added a Pachmayr whiteline pad.

Rem 725, yes the ser# 409XXX has a 24 inch barrel and a raise rear sight notch on the barrel. The latter two repair dates appear to have an 8 behind the codes or a similar figure.
