I called Remington today. according to them the gun was manufactured in 1953 but was not assembled until 1955

I am trying to find info of Model 722 308 win. Has ZZ date code, on Remington's site it says that did not make a 308 win until 1956. I have pics of rifle with all codes on each side. Read post on the forum that said they didn't make this gun. I would like to find more info on this gun including valu...
