dreaded 31L reciever crack
The 31L 12gauge I have has a crack in the lower front part of the receiver, between the magazine tube and the bottom port. According to the serial its a 1942-43 manufactuer date with an aluminum receiver. My question is, can these be repaired w/o looking like a complete frankenstein welding job? TIA...
